Cumberland School of Law’s National Trial Team kicked off the 2021 competition season with a strong showing at the Battle of the Experts, hosted Sept. 24-26, 2021, by Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
Team member Elise Driskill won a Best Advocate award and the team as a whole finished the competition in fifth place out of 16 teams from across the country.
Team members include Bailee Curtis (3L), Elise Driskill (2L), Ashlan Kelley (2L), Ander Shimek (3L), and Elizabeth Weyerman (3L). They were coached by Spenser Templeton Moore ’15 and Curtis Seal ’17.
