Erica Woodford, superior court clerk in Bibb County, Georgia, shares about her experience as an elected state court clerk, and discusses an important project that she initiated four years ago called the Slave Record Project. This project is a fascinating preservation of slave buy and sell records in middle Georgia. These records may be reviewed by the public and used as a resource in schools.
