Methvin is the founding shareholder of Methvin Terrell Yancey Stephens & Miller PC where his practice areas include Class Actions and Complex Litigation, Contingent Fee Business Litigation, Insurance and Annuity Fraud, and Arbitration and Mediation (ADR). He frequently lectures on business litigation and class action litigation and is a registered mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution. He also serves as consulting counsel and litigation counsel to a number of Alabama businesses.
