Congratulations to Connie Walker, Law Library Assistant at the Lucille Stewart Beeson Law Library, on her retirement from the University this month! 

Ms. Walker, who holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Alabama, is a native of the city of Mobile.  She has been with the University since 2004, and during her time at the law library, Ms. Walker has helped keep technical services afloat by performing serials work, cataloging work, and numerous other tasks. She has enjoyed her time at the law library, and believes that there couldn’t be a nicer group of people. 

After retirement, Ms. Walker hopes to do a bit of traveling and just enjoy her free time. 

Connie Walker, we appreciate all that you have done for the Beeson Law Library and the University.  Your hard work and warm personality will be missed, enormously.  Thank you, and congratulations!
