No doubt, the current state of emergency has resulted in a stark change of lifestyle for all of us. For law students, faculty and staff, however, the semester continues....though very differently. As a boomer, I have had an aversion to much of what technology has had to offer; now, it is, in a very large sense, the only game in town. It is necessary that I embrace it, come hell or high water. Most of you of the younger generations have made technology a much closer friend than I have, and that is to your advantage---right now.
I urge you to take a long look at the database list of Beeson Law Library; there are new additions to the offerings! The additional offerings for study aids are substantial, though they come under just two services--West Academic and Lexis Digital Library. Exam prep, flash cards, hornbooks, nutshells, understanding series, audio, etc. -- all available online now.
We all have a job to do, under very different circumstances than what we are accustomed to. I believe these resources can make a difference, along with good study habits, in creating good outcomes for Spring Final Exams.
