Why did you choose Cumberland?

I wanted my law school to feel like a home away from home, and I was welcomed with open arms from the beginning of my time here!

What do you most enjoy about studying law in Birmingham? What do you like to do in Birmingham?

I love the close-knit feel of the legal community in Birmingham. Everyone knows each other, which makes for a well-connected network to start your career in!

If you could give any advice to your pre-law school self, what would you say?

Have confidence in yourself. I came in feeling like I had no idea what I was doing, but I learned that everyone is in the same boat. You will figure it out along the way, it’s just part of the journey!

What do you plan to do after graduation?

I will join my current firm as an attorney working in sports, business, and real estate law.
