Samford University’s School of Public Health is fundraising to establish a new scholarship specifically for its dietetic internship as part of the 2018 Samford’s Big Give, a 36-hour campaign, April 10-11.
Offered through the school’s Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, the dietetic internship is a 16-month program that prepares post-baccalaureate students to be resourceful leaders, effectively serving and advocating for the nutritional needs of the community.
This new scholarship was created in honor of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics’ 100-year anniversary at Samford, and gifts to this project will support the establishment of this new scholarship fund and ensure its future.
