This course is designed to introduce the worship leader to a working knowledge of the fundamentals of music. Attention will be given to note reading, scales and key signatures, chord structure, chord symbols and charts, basic rhythms, and standard harmonic progressions. Basic analytical techniques are also explored to support arranging for the worship context.
