All international travel sponsored, organized, or facilitated by Samford University must be pre-approved before committing to reservations for which the faculty or staff member will later seek reimbursement.

International Education Week

International Education Week (IEW), November 18-22, is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education promotes programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.

The SamfordGlobal Office invites you to assist us in planning a robust schedule of events that represent ALL aspects of international education on our campus. Students, scholars, faculty and staff at Samford University are invited to participate by planning/hosting an event that promotes global learning and campus internationalization.
