Request Student Emergency Assistance
Thank for you for your interest in the student emergency assistance fund. This fund assists students who have unmet financial needs related to basic living expenses, such as rent, food, utilities, etc.; educational support items such as books, fees or other class supplies; and family emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances.
For help with tuition, room and board, contact Samford One Stop at ofa@samford.edu or 205-726-2905.
Costs or expenses that have already been paid are not eligible for reimbursement.
Please note awards are limited to $500 per student per semester, with a maximum cap of $1,500 during a student's enrollment at Samford. Requests for financial assistance may take up to ten business days to process. Requests for a visit to the food pantry can typically be scheduled within 1-3 business days.
