Taylor recently joined the Spiritual Life team this past January as the Associate Campus Minister! She has a passion for meeting college students right where they are and pointing them to Jesus. It is her greatest joy to come alongside the next generation and help them see their full identity in Christ and their leadership potential.

Originally from Panama City, Florida, Taylor loves the beach, swimming, and being on the water! In 2014, she graduated from Troy University with a degree in Communications Studies and Leadership Development. She received a Master’s of Discipleship and Master’s of Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2020. Prior to coming on staff at Samford, Taylor served as the Girls Ministry Associate with the Student Ministry at First Baptist Church Opelika for 8 years.

She loves good coffee, trying new restaurants, hosting people at her house, and her favorite place to be is around a fire pit with her friends making s’mores! Taylor loves rooting for the Atlanta Braves, Auburn Tigers, and now the Samford Bulldogs! Her favorite title is being “Aunt Tay” to her precious niece.
