
She comes to Samford after more than 10 years serving as the Director, Estate & Gift Planning for the American Cancer Society in Alabama and Tennessee. As a planned giving professional at the American Cancer Society, Lindsey guided donors through meaningful legacy giving opportunities that advanced the mission to end cancer as we know it. Through close collaboration with internal teams and external advisors, she helped supporters align estate and financial planning goals with lifesaving programs, research and patient services.
Originally from Valdosta, Georgia, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University. Lindsey and her three children live in Vestavia Hills where they are members of Shades Mountain Baptist Church. Lindsey is a graduate of Leadership Vestavia Hills and past President of the Alabama Association on Charitable Gift Planners. She serves on the board of Leadership Vestavia Hills and the Vestavia Hills City Schools Foundation Board.
