Technology Services is pleased to announce the release of the Zoom web-conferencing platform for faculty, staff and student use. While this is an initial release, we will be working to add features, when necessary, and provide university branding for the Zoom pages.

Some of the features of our campus license include:

• Unlimited duration of meetings
• 300 participants per meeting
• Breakout rooms
• Recorded meetings; both local and cloud (180 day retention policy on cloud recordings)
• Audio transcripts of recorded meetings (in beta testing)
• Canvas integration for Zoom meetings
