We work with you to customize our approach to best fit your individual or company needs. The topics below have been addressed, but our program is flexible and has the capability to address any business topic.
Open Enrollment Courses
Our highly rated open enrollment courses are developed and taught by facilitators with business and industry experience.
These courses are not the same as our undergraduate courses. By working closely with our client partners, we create courses with practical, real-world application for business professionals.
Open enrollment courses not only provide development for individuals through course learning, but affords the opportunity to learn from others in the class from other organizations.
Most open enrollment courses vary in length from one-half day to one day.
Open enrollment courses are offered once clients indicate a need in a particular area, but not having sufficient numbers to cost justify a customized offering. We solicit interest from other clients and if sufficient interest exists we offer the course. We are demand driven. We do not randomly schedule courses.
Customized Courses
Like our open enrollment offerings, our customized courses are created through a partnership with our clients and offer the opportunity to address particular needs that encompass the organization. These courses are specifically directed at that organization and allow the participant to learn along with their team members. The entire course is focused upon the organization.
Frequently customized course include speakers from the organization as well as facilitators from Brock School of Business.
Customized courses may range in length from one-half day to a week.
