Leslie McGraw joined the School of the Arts as Business and Operations Manager in February 2024.  She has over 25 years of higher education financial experience working with endowments, budgets, financial reporting and audit.  She comes to Samford from UAB where she served as Manager Accounting for two years.  Prior to UAB, Leslie was the Interim Controller and Budget Manager at Birmingham-Southern College. 

Leslie is a 1992 graduate of Birmingham-Southern College with a degree in accounting.  She is a lifelong Alabamian and she and her husband live in Springville, Ala. They are very active in their church Faith Community Fellowship in Trussville.  They have five children and eight grandchildren.  Leslie spends her free time traveling to visit four of their children and eight grandchildren who are all serving in the U. S. Air Force in various locations across the country.
