The Tom and Marla Corts Distinguished Author Series in partnership with the Percy Cook Ratliff Lecture Series and supported by the Alan and Dina Long family and Pam and Bill Smith Family Foundation presents An Evening with Tim Tebow on March 14, 2023.
Samford University’s Orlean Beeson School of Education will host the two-time national champion and Heisman Trophy winner beginning at 7 p.m. in Samford’s Leslie S. Wright Fine Arts Center. Tebow will share insights from his book Mission Possible which will inspire you to find your mission, pursue your purpose and create a life that counts.
When asked what inspired him to write Mission Possible, Tebow says, “Mission Possible was born out of my daily experience witnessing my mom and dad live out the meaning of this book every single day. They are my two greatest examples, other than Jesus Christ, and they taught me that God can use you where you’re at with what you have.”
Enjoy an evening of inspiration as Tebow challenges you to find your mission and pursue a bolder, brighter, more fulfilling life.
“I hope readers are inspired to say yes to whatever the mission is that God has for them, not in the future, but right now.”
Tebow is a two-time national champion, Heisman Trophy winner, first-round NFL draft pick, and a former professional baseball player. The five-time New York Times best-selling author, speaker, and football analyst is most passionate about his work with the Tim Tebow Foundation, whose mission is to bring faith, hope and love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need.
