Ashley McLeod Turner serves as assistant professor and director of clinical education and community partnerships at Samford University's Moffett & Sanders School of Nursing. With more than 20 years of experience in nursing education and clinical practice, she brings extensive knowledge in undergraduate nursing, clinical coordination and community engagement. Turner's research focuses on vaccine hesitancy in U.S. populations, including recent secondary analysis of Census Bureau Household Pulse Survey data. She teaches across the nursing curriculum, including foundational, senior-level and study abroad courses.

Turner maintains an active presence in professional nursing organizations and regularly participates in conferences, workshops and continuing education opportunities. She serves as a faculty advisor for the Samford University Association of Nursing Students (SUANS) and has been involved in interprofessional education initiatives and simulation-based learning programs.
